Gardner Painting, Inc. provides a three to seven year, non-prorated labor and material warranty, depending on the type of job.
Our paint manufacturers, like Kwal and Sherwin Williams, will also provide a warranty on certain jobs.
Paint manufacturers only underwrite
contractors with this type of warranty if they have personal knowledge of quality of work.
This is extremely advantageous
for our customers, because when manufacturers do this warranty they act as a quality control measure. They test and document
our work to be sure proper mill thickness is achieved, specifications are followed, and overall quality is achieved.

In addition to the warranty, Gardner Painting also offers a maintenance program.
With our Five For Five maintenance program, Gardner provides five hours of touch up work or additional painting for five years, free of cost.
This includes all labor and material necessary to complete the work.
The scope of the warranty depends on the type of job.
